Location
Our office is conveniently located in Mid-Town Manhattan on 60th street between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue. Across the street from the world-famous Bloomingdale's, our office is accessible by the 4, 5, 6, N, R, W, and F subway trains, as well as most up-down and cross town busses. Garage parking is ample on 61st as well as across the street on 60th streets. Our 'out of town' patients find our office in a walking distance from most major hotels. Patients traveling from Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx find that they can typically reach our office in less then 45 minutes by train.

We take great pride in our spacious, ultra-clean, and warm environment. Our office is a culmination of Dr. Zev Kaufman's vision of space optimization. All aspects of the office, from computers to dental delivery systems were put together and designed by Dr. Kaufman with one goal in mind: delivering the highest level of dentistry with superior ease and comfort. 2. Fully equipped, 'on premise' dental laboratory allowing us the ability to deliver immediate dentures, repair existing prosthesis, and in certain cases deliver teeth on implants in the same day as surgery.

4. The water used in our office is double filtered for your protection.
5. Both systems of Digital radiography (phosphor plates, and CCD sensors), as well as panoramic images, are used in our office to allow us most flexibility and to give our patients the best diagnostic data and comfort.
6. Top of the line, dual articulating, leather upholstered dental chairs are used to optimize patient comfort, reduce anxiety, and allow Dr. Kaufman to deliver top end care.
7. Fully computerized appointment scheduler, money management systems and hygiene recall systems allow us closer tracking and minimize human errors.
8. All dental instruments, hand pieces, and materials are of the highest quality, helping us create the highest quality work
9. Color corrected, daylight lighting and skylights reduce eyestrain, reduce anxiety, create a warm sunny day atmosphere and allow for proper shade selection for your dental work.

11. Ultra quiet, soundproof environment is standard. However, for your enjoyment we do offer headphone, soft music, and other amenities for your comfort.
12. 24/7 Personal/live answering and paging service. You will always speak to a live operator when trying to reach the doctor, even in the middle of the night.

Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at 212-758-2758. You can also fill out the Appointment Request form in the Contact section. Our 24 hour a day personal answering service facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
In order to focus our attention on patient care, and reduce billing costs, we run a 'Zero-Balance' office: all payment is due at the time services are rendered.
However, we will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms, x-rays, and narratives for you and help you recover the most of your benefits.We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card and "in office" financing is also available. We offer Care Credit. For more information click here.
Insurance
We will submit your insurance forms and make sure any reimbursement is sent directly to you.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
